After a slightly disappointing start about 6 years ago, which led to a slew of questions “how did you do it, can you explain” and actually 2 sales, I have decided to not give up and try again.
So here we are, a brand new version of the component, written in 4D Version 18 and the glorious project mode.
We can still access any kind of Exchange compatible Server (through Exchange Web Services – EWS) as well as MS 365 (with the help of the new – and of course optional – 4D-MSOAuth2 component).
But to make life easier, we have added a few new high-level methods in order to facilitate the most basic task, like creating contacts, emails, tasks and calendar entries.
A demo will be available shortly, and the documentation will be updated accordingly.
